At Catoctin CrossFit our goal is simple, to make this the best hour of your day, while getting fit! Our program offers an encouraging, non-intimidating environment where we all share the common goal of becoming better versions of ourselves. There is a large population of 40 and 50+ athletes working out beside the high school or former college athlete.

All workouts at Catoctin CrossFit can be tailored to anyone, in any shape or with any physical limitation. Our coach’s primary focus is to keep you safe, while progressing towards your fitness goals. We spend an enormous amount of time preparing new athletes with mastery of the fundamentals, allowing you to have a sustainable and successful career with us!

We like to keep things fun in the gym and out! The community regularly does BBQ’s, cookouts or outings to local breweries and wineries.
